The postures come from a variety of traditions with all in our sequences aimed at relaxation or gentle deep stretching.

Our classes aren't competitions! Pushing too far increases the chances of sports injury. The goal is inner & outer peace through gentle guided exercises that increase fitness, energy levels, awareness and long term happiness and health.
